Is there a free trial or demo?

How does per-user pricing work?

You pay per active sales rep / user per month. Add or remove users at any time — billing adjusts on your next cycle. Admin and read-only viewer seats are counted as users as well.

Can I switch plans later?

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you only pay the prorated difference; when downgrading, the change takes effect from your next billing cycle.

Are there any hidden fees?

No hidden fees. Plan pricing includes the software, hosting, updates, and standard support. Data import and onboarding are included in your rollout at no extra cost.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers (NEFT/RTGS), UPI, and credit/debit cards. For annual and Enterprise plans, invoiced and milestone-based payments can also be arranged.

Is there a long-term contract?

Monthly plans have no lock-in — cancel anytime. Annual plans are billed yearly and save you roughly 20%. Enterprise plans include a custom SLA agreement.
