These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Gro Wing CRM product and website operated by Tecnospice Technologies (“Gro Wing CRM”, “we”, “us”). By using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. Your account
- You must be 16 or older to create an account.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- One person or company per account; sharing accounts across teams is a paid feature.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Gro Wing CRM to send unsolicited communications (spam) in violation of applicable law.
- Upload malware, exploit vulnerabilities, or attempt to reverse-engineer the service.
- Resell or white-label the service without a written partner agreement.
- Use the AI features to generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, or violates a third party's rights.
- Circumvent rate limits, usage caps, or security controls.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules while we investigate.
3. Your content
You own the data you upload to Gro Wing CRM (leads, contacts, deals, files — “Customer Data”). We process it on your behalf under the Data Processing Addendum. We do not use your Customer Data to train models.
4. Fees and billing
- Plan pricing is shown on the Pricing page.
- You are billed monthly or annually based on the plan you choose.
- AI voice minutes beyond your plan bundle are billed on usage.
- Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or when explicitly stated.
- Annual plans get a discount and are non-cancellable mid-cycle; monthly plans can be cancelled at any time.
5. Service availability
We target 99.5% monthly uptime on Growth and 99.9% on Scale + Enterprise. Scheduled maintenance windows are announced in advance. Enterprise agreements may include specific SLA credits.
6. Termination
- You can cancel your account at any time from the app.
- We may terminate accounts for material breach with 30 days written notice.
- On termination, you have 30 days to export your Customer Data before it is permanently deleted.
7. Warranties and disclaimers
The service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. AI-generated outputs may occasionally be inaccurate — you are responsible for reviewing them before acting.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these Terms will not exceed the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your Customer Data or your use of the service in violation of these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Courts in Seminole County, Florida, United States have exclusive jurisdiction. Enterprise customers may negotiate governing-law changes in writing.
11. Changes
We'll post material changes on this page and notify active customers by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
