Tecnospice Technologies (“Gro Wing CRM”, “we”, “us”) operates the Gro Wing CRM CRM product and this website. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what rights you have.
1. What we collect
We collect only what we need to run the service and follow up on your interest:
- Marketing forms: name, work email, company, phone (optional), team size, industry, notes, and UTM/referrer metadata when you submit our demo form.
- Newsletter: email address (if you subscribe).
- Product usage: if you sign up for the CRM, we process the sales data you enter (leads, deals, contacts, files) on your behalf as a Processor. This is covered by our Data Processing Addendum.
- Technical: IP address, browser + device metadata, pages visited. We use this for security and aggregate analytics only.
2. What we don't collect
- Third-party tracking cookies (unless you opt in via our cookie banner).
- Data brokers or enrichment services scraping your details.
- Anything from your CRM data for training models — never.
3. How we use it
- Respond to demo requests and support inquiries.
- Send transactional emails (confirmations, invoices, product updates).
- Send the newsletter, only if you subscribed.
- Improve the product using aggregate, anonymized signals.
4. Sub-processors
We use a small set of vetted vendors to run the service. Current list:
- Amazon Web Services — hosting (Mumbai region).
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Twilio — voice + SMS for the AI Voice Caller feature.
- ElevenLabs — voice synthesis for AI voice calls.
- LLM providers — inference for AI features (details on request under NDA).
A complete, versioned sub-processor list is available in the DPA. We notify enterprise customers of material changes at least 30 days in advance.
5. Your rights
Regardless of where you live, you can:
- Ask us what data we hold on you.
- Ask us to correct or delete it.
- Ask us to export it in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent for marketing at any time (unsubscribe link in every email).
EU/UK residents: we are the Controller for marketing data and the Processor for product data. Requests: info@growingcrm.com. We reply within 30 days.
6. Retention
- Demo requests: 24 months, unless you ask us to delete sooner.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
- Product data (CRM): for as long as your account is active + 30 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted from backups within 90 days.
7. Security
See our Security page for encryption, access-control, and incident response details. In short: TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest, database-per-tenant isolation, and 24/7 monitoring.
8. Children
Gro Wing CRM is not for people under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
9. Changes to this policy
We'll post material changes on this page and notify existing customers by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
