Customer & CRM Data

Our software processes business and customer relationship data on behalf of our customers (the organizations that subscribe to TrustEdge). This includes lead and contact details, account records, deal and pipeline information, quotations, communication logs, and activity history. Subscribing organizations are the data controllers for this information.

Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with our platform, including IP addresses, device information, browser type, pages visited, and feature usage patterns.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve our sales CRM software
• To process and manage CRM records as directed by our customers
• To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support
• To send service notifications and product updates
• To analyze usage patterns and improve our services

4. Multi-Tenant Data Isolation

TrustEdge is a multi-tenant platform. Each customer organization operates in a logically isolated environment, and your customer, deal, and communication data is never accessible to other tenants on the platform. We act as a data processor and handle your data strictly in accordance with your instructions and applicable law.

5. Data Retention

CRM records are retained for as long as required by the subscribing organization and applicable regulations. Account information is retained for the duration of the service agreement plus 1 year. Customers may request export or deletion of their data subject to legal retention requirements.

6. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your data. We may share data with:

• Integration partners you explicitly connect (email providers, WhatsApp, ERP, Zapier) for data exchange
• Payment processors (Cashfree, Razorpay) for billing transactions
• Cloud infrastructure providers for hosting services
• Communication partners (WhatsApp, SMS, email) for notifications you configure
• Law enforcement when required by valid legal process

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data held by us
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
